02The Growth Diagnostic
The Growth Diagnostic is a free assessment that produces a report based on your answers. The Lite report is free. The Full report is available for a fee, or may be unlocked with a promo code or a booked conversation.
Reports are written with the help of AI, using your answers and public market data. We work hard to make them accurate, but they are guidance only. Please do not make business decisions based on a report alone.
03Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe at the price shown at checkout. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
If you are not happy with a paid report, contact us and we will look at a refund case by case.
04Promo codes
We may issue promo codes at our discretion. They have no cash value and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.
05Your responsibilities
When you use the site, you agree to:
- give accurate information when you complete the diagnostic or our forms
- not misuse the site or try to disrupt it
- not try to access anyone else's data
- respect our intellectual property
06Client portal accounts
If you have a client portal account, keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
07Intellectual property
All content on this site, including our reports, methods, tools, branding and design, belongs to Limitless Management Consultancy Limited. You may not copy or share it without our written permission, except for your own non-commercial use.
Your diagnostic report is licensed for use inside your organisation. Please do not publish it without our permission.
08Our liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using this site or our reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes will be posted here with a new date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
