01Who we are
Limitless Management Consultancy Limited ("Limitless", "we", "us") is a growth advisory and consulting business based in the UK. We are the data controller for the personal data you give us through this website and our client portal.

02What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we collect:
- Growth Diagnostic: your name, email, phone number, job title, company details (such as sector, turnover band and location) and your answers.
- Contact and booking forms: your name, company, email, phone number, your message and the time you choose to talk.
- Limi, our website guide: Limi runs in your browser and does not store your chat. If you ask Limi to pass your details to the team, we receive your name, how to contact you, your message and the chat so far.
- Careers: your name, email, LinkedIn profile, the role you are interested in, your CV and anything you tell us about yourself.
- Client portal: your login details and the reports, documents and messages shared with you.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Technical data: basic information about your device and browser, used to keep the site secure and to stop spam.
03How we use it
We use your data to:
- build and send your Growth Diagnostic report
- reply to your enquiry, and arrange and hold the conversations you book
- consider your job application
- deliver our services to clients, including through the client portal
- take payment for paid reports and services
- send you growth insights, only if you have opted in
- keep the site secure and protect our forms from spam
Our legal basis is your consent (for example, when you complete the diagnostic or apply for a role), the steps needed to enter or deliver a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running our business.
04How we use AI
Your Growth Diagnostic answers and business description are processed by AI language models to write your report. This is part of the service you ask for. Our AI providers process this data under contract and do not use it to train their models. A person at Limitless reviews any report before we discuss it with you.
06How long we keep it
- Diagnostic reports and enquiries: for as long as we are in touch with you, and for no more than 3 years after our last contact unless you become a client.
- Job applications and CVs: up to 12 months, then deleted. Tell us if you would like yours deleted sooner.
- Client records: for the length of our work together, plus the period we must keep business and tax records (usually 6 years).
- Your cookie choice: kept in your browser until you change it or clear it.
07Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you can:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- ask us to delete your data
- ask us to restrict or stop using your data
- withdraw your consent at any time
- complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk)
To use any of these rights, email enquiries@limitless-consulting.co.uk. We reply within one month.
08Data outside the UK
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. When they do, we make sure the right safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
