• Generate your personalised Growth Diagnostic report using AI-powered analysis
• Contact you about your report and potential advisory services
• Process payments for full report unlocks (via Stripe)
• Send you growth insights and updates, if you have opted in
• Maintain records for legitimate business purposes

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent (given when you complete the diagnostic) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and providing our services.

Your diagnostic responses and business description are processed by AI language models to generate your personalised report. This processing is necessary to deliver the service you have requested. Your data is not used to train AI models.

Payments for full report unlocks are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe processes your data in accordance with its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:

• AI service providers, for report generation
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers
